Art File Formats:
For best print results the original design format is preferred. Please ensure linked files and fonts are submitted with the layout or links are embedded and fonts are outlined. Here are tips for specific file types and software packages we support:
> Creative Suite: (CS2) PC / Mac
> Corel Draw: (X3) Graphic Suite
> Adobe Illustrator: Please convert fonts to outlines and embed all images
> PDF file: A high-resolution press ready PDF is acceptable but often not suitable for
editing and file manipulation necessary for best print results.
> EPS: Please convert fonts to outlines and embed all images
> Paging formats: (Quark 6, & Indesign) please assure linked files and fonts are submitted with the layout
> Raster images: e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Corel Paint, TIF, or high resolution JPG files are also acceptable formats.
Resolution
> All Rasterized files must be approximately 150 (DPI) pixels per inch at full scale
Color
> All files must be converted to CMYK
> Any critical colors should be specified as Pantone Coated PMS Colors
(Art files must be in an editable format for color matching)
Submitting Artwork
> Prior to submitting artwork via the internet it is highly suggested to either (Stuffit or ZIP) the file
> Art Files Under 5meg may be emailed (confirmation is suggested)
> Art Files Up to 75meg can be uploaded to our FTP site Art Files
> Over 75meg please mail a CD or call for further assistance
